Stephanie Untiedt, PhD, LP is a licensed psychologist in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area who enjoys working with individuals, both adults and adolescents, in a private practice setting. She specializes in the treatment of mood, relationships, compulsive behaviors, addictions, trauma, grief therapy, career transitions, autism, eating disorders, and sex therapy. She frequently works with clients with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. She also works with couples, and has expertise in helping couples deciding to make a life-long commitment, couples experiencing relationship distress, and couples with co-parenting challenges.

Stephanie uses evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), behavior therapy, systems-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy.
